Fredericksburg Standard Radio Post - January 22, 2025
Jonas Perkins, local sculptor, Erika Caputo, Pioneer Memorial Librarian and Paul Phillips III pose with the maquette created by Perkins of Thelma McDaniel Phillips. The inaugural Fredericksburg Book Festival opened with a dedication ceremony to the first librarian of PML. The library hopes to raise money for a life-size rendering of the model.
