Since 2014, the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church of Gillespie County has been a non-profit 501(c)(3). Donations from individuals and businesses, the City of Fredericksburg and the County of Gillespie, plus organizations and special grants have helped fund the restoration of the church, plus the additions of on-site restrooms and a replica of the original schoolhouse. Special gifts received will be used to maintain the grounds, promote the history of local African Americans and hold services within the historic Church.​

 

Donations can be made by mail. Donors will receive a donation receipt for their tax-deductible gift.

Any amount is graciously welcome.
